They are both fans of plastic surgery and have incredibly open about going under the knife in their quest for the perfect body.
And Aisleyne-Horgan Wallace clashed with Chloe Khan during a plastic surgery debate on Good Morning Britain on Tuesday, before slamming her for advertising cosmetic procedures to get them for free.
The former Big Brother contestant, 39, and glamour model, 26, appeared on the show for a debate on whether the NHS should fund the cost of corrective procedures to botched plastic surgery carried out abroad.
Face off: Aisleyne-Horgan Wallace clashed with Chloe Khan during a plastic surgery debate on Good Morning Britain on Tuesday, before slamming her for advertising cosmetic procedures to get them for free
With Chloe, who has spent £100,000 on altering her figure, believing plastic surgery fans should fund their own repairs while Aisleyne, who has had two boob jobs and veneers, thought everyone should be able to use the NHS, it wasn't long before the pair got into a war of words.
Aisleyne said: 'People don't go abroad and think, I'm going to have real bad problems when I come back, I'm going to have to turn to the NHS.
Chloe bit back: 'Do you not think that people should take responsibility for a choice, if you have surgery, it's your choice, you're taking a risk, you know that
'I myself have had a very bad cosmetic surgery and I would never dream of looking to someone else to pay for it. It was abroad.'
Unimpressed: The former Big Brother contestant, 39, and glamour model, 26, (above) appeared on the show for a debate on whether the NHS should fund the cost of corrective procedures to botched plastic surgery carried out abroad
Differing opinions: With Chloe believing people should fund their own repairs and Aisleyne in favour of NHS funding , it wasn't long before the pair got into a war of words
But it was all too much for Aisleyne who called Chloe out for getting expensive cosmetic procedures without paying.
She called out: 'But you get your surgery for free because you advertise it!' leading Chloe to retort 'So, you've had things done for free as well! I've paid for surgery too.'
Calming down the situation, Aisleyne said: 'Whoever's in a life-threatening situation should get the surgery, regardless of whether it was self-inflicted or not.
'Are you then going to say drug addicts, which you know many of, and alcoholics, are you then going to say, because it was self-inflicted...' before Chloe cut in shouting 'people, people.'
Fire: When Chloe mentioned her recent botched surgery and how she paid for it Aisleyne called out: 'But you get your surgery for free because you advertise it!'
A baffled Aisleyne said: 'Are you alright?' before Chloe continued with: 'People are diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses every day, there's never enough, there's always people that need it more. There's always someone that needs it more.'
The debate started amicably enough with Aisleyne calmly explaining why she believed people should be entitled to use the NHS for botched surgery repair.
She said: 'That person is a tax payer also and the NHS are here to treat all of us and be unbiased, anyone who is in a position where they need help and the NHS is there to help us
'Obviously life-saving operations for the elderly and young should take priority.'
Retort: Chloe bit back: 'So, you've had things done for free as well! I've paid for surgery too.'
Chloe countered with: 'I pay into the tax system because god forbid anyone close to me in my family got a life-threatening illness, there's things there that can be done for them on the NHS
'I would be very upset if there's someone there with a dodgy cosmetic procedure that is getting that, there's not enough money.'
The women were united on one point, with both agreeing they had praised to their followers, the benefits of plastic surgery abroad.
Aisleyne said: 'We need to take responsibility and realise we are promoting foreign surgery and there are people who can't afford corrective surgery.'
